Return Policy

All Harper+Laine products are non-refundable. If you are eligible for an exchange, you must meet the following conditions:

// Item must be returned in 10 days of delivery date

// Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, sanitary labels, original Harper+Laine bag

// Once we receive your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a store credit is issued 

// Harper+Laine is not liable for any of the fees associated with shipping costs to exchange items. Further, please note that originally shipping fees will not be included in the store credit.

Please email us directly hello@harperandlaine.com with your order number and details regarding the return.

Store credit is valid for one year. 

Harper+Laine reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. We will notify you via email if your returned item is not suitable for a store credit.

Faulty Items

Harper+Laine has a garment quality control checklist before each item is shipped. However, in the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of the item being delivered.
